About Adrian O’Brien

Carpenter

In 1989, I commenced degree in Industrial Design at RMIT, with the vision of designing and constructing furniture. I completed my Degree 1991, after completion I worked as a contractor on Product Design models and Architectural displays.

This lead to a broad variety of work, including working on 3D constructions including props for advertising and film and exhibition displays for client such as the Melbourne Museum and the National Museum Australia, Canberra. My role had evolved from Maker to Project Manager.

Professional & Experienced

However, I always had a burning desire ‘ be on the tools again ‘ and committed to formalising my carpentry skills with a trade certificate from Holmsglen TAFE. This Journey has culminated in Adrian O’Brien Carpentry.

I am a skilled, organised and professional carpenter with experience on a broad variety of work. I enjoy working with my clients and am very willing to provide various options as to how we best resolve the design and materials for a project that will work for the clients budget.
